We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Event Staff to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Event Staff will play a key role in supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of a variety of events. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and breakdown including equipment, signage, and furniture
Greet and direct guests upon arrival
Support logistics and ensure event operations run smoothly
Monitor event areas to maintain safety and cleanliness
Provide assistance to attendees and respond to inquiries
Coordinate with event supervisors and team members throughout the event
Follow all company protocols and event-specific procedures
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and punctuality
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
