Key Responsibilities

Hospitality

• Welcome clients with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine sense of care, creating a memorable and seamless in-store experience.
• Anticipate client needs, providing thoughtful service that goes beyond expectations.
• Ensure every detail of the client’s journey—from their first interaction to post-purchase follow-ups—is handled with precision and hospitality.

Expertise

• Serve as a trusted style expert, offering personalized recommendations based on fabrications, colors, fits, and tailoring.
• Develop deep product knowledge to educate clients on the craftsmanship and heritage of Eleventy’s Made in Italy collections.
• Stay up to date with trends and styling techniques to inspire confidence and build trust with clients.

Quality

• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, stock organization, and store presentation, ensuring an impeccable environment that reflects Eleventy’s luxury aesthetic.
• Handle product with care and precision, ensuring that garments are always presented in perfect condition.
• Assist in back-of-house operations, including inventory management, to support seamless store functions.

Engagement

• Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with clients through consistent, personalized communication.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client preferences and provide tailored follow-ups that enhance their experience.
• Actively contribute to a dynamic and engaging store atmosphere that fosters brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client service.
• Passion for styling, fashion, and personalized client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build meaningful relationships.
• A refined personal style that aligns with Eleventy’s aesthetic.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.
