Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Manager of Advisor Platform Product Management to drive the vision and execution of their enterprise advisor platform. This position is ideal for a product leader passionate about solving complex challenges with innovative solutions, delivering business value, and collaborating across departments to meet key objectives.

In this role, you will guide the development of core platform capabilities that support analytics, advisor functionality, and emerging AI initiatives across the organization. You’ll lead a small, cross-functional team that includes a product owner, UX/UI designer, and business analyst. In addition to team leadership, you’ll stay actively involved in platform strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery.

You will work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to prioritize initiatives that advance product capabilities, support company goals, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align the advisor platform roadmap with strategic goals, managing a results-driven roadmap with clear business cases and ROI.
• Collaborate across functions—design, technology, finance, operations, marketing, sales, and compliance—to enhance end-to-end advisor platform processes and ensure accessibility across all business channels.
• Represent the voice of the user by collecting feedback and translating it into product features and improvements that drive value for financial advisors.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase platform adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
• Lead and mentor the advisor platform team, ensuring clear direction, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of product enhancements in an Agile environment.
• Promote consistent product management best practices across the team for planning, backlog grooming, requirements gathering, and sprint execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of the financial advisory or wealth management space, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with advisor platforms, developing actionable insights, and integrating advanced analytics into product planning.
