Job Description: Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving product strategy, development, and execution. The ideal candidate brings a solid engineering background, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet both technical and market demands.
Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic product planning to enhance market competitiveness and expand market reach.
* Define and manage product requirements in collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
* Own the product roadmap and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market.
* Ensure alignment between technical and commercial goals throughout the development process.
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.
* Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to influence product direction.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in engineering and product management.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering high-impact products.
* Deep technical knowledge and understanding of end-to-end product development.
* Hands-on experience with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., Syspro, Arena Solutions, or others).
* Proven experience managing a team of Applications Engineers (required).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Goal-driven, adaptable, and ready to take on new responsibilities as the company scales.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
